What is your original character's name? Christine Antoinette Stark- even if, for a short while, while pretending to be dead, she went by the alias Astrid Ravensong. Who knows her by her call-name, they call her (Lady) Blackdragon- Black for short.
How old is she? Late twenties- thirty at least. She is supposed to be ten years younger than her brother, Tony, and was between 24 and 26 years old when Genosha fell.
What is your character's race and/or species? She is Caucasian homo sapiens superior.
Does she have a crush? She is currently engaged to Pete Wisdom; and anyway, the only guy she’s probably ever had a crush on was Demon Hellstorm, as she is normally more a serious and steady relationship kind of lass.
Does she have many friends? She’s got many acquaintances, and she is friendly. But real friends, she has just a bunch of them (and many of them are dead anyway).
What planet is she from? Earth, as simple as that.
Does she like to eat? She likes good food, enjoy every now and then trash food, as well, and she does have a sweet tooth.
What's her favorite food? She has somehow a fondness for soy burgers- something that will eventually drive her red meat loving boyfriend insane- and loves dark chocolate with a passion. If she could have her way with it, her wedding cake will be made of dark chocolate and that alone…
What's her favorite drink? She has a fondness for Whisky on the rock and beer, when it comes to alcohol., and not Champagne like people assumes because she comes from money. She is addicted to coffee.
Is she annoying? Very Much so. She tends to be right, to be the smartest person in the room (with reason), she knows it and she tends to have no tact at all when remembering people of that.
Name the 5 most annoying things about her. She is a smart-ass, she tends to be tact-less, she can’t mind her own business, she tends to get clingy, she will never, ever talk about her own problems and do everything in her power to mind your own business instead.
Is she loved? (as in does anyone have a crush on her?) Well, she’s going to get married, so, yeah, she is loved in the romantic sense of the world. But also platonically and brotherly- people tends to forget she is an Omega Level mutant, and threats her like a little sister. Especially men. And Carol Danvers.
Is she hated? She is a mutant, so yes- by the general population. Then, there the people who hates her just because she happens to be related to her brother, and somehow, she had managed to get the attention, and hate, of the whole Vampiric population, especially Dracula.
Is she emo/goth? She became a bit of an emo after Onslaught, when she believed Tony dead- dressed black, hair black as well, dark make-up- but she says it was just to go with the whole X-Force feel.
Is she straight, bisexual, or gay? Chris likes to flirt, and is occasionally attracted, by both genders, and she is the first one to admit that, like a good stark, she has left some girl with their heart broken after memorable first kisses; her serious relationships, though (which can be counted on one hand) have always been with men.
Is she a virgin? Very much no.
Name 3 hobbies. Anything concerning technology (even if it’s her work, she still consider it an hoppy as she technically doesn’t need to work to live), archery (she blames Clint for that), books (she’s got a passion for novels, especially crime and romance).
Is she normal? She thinks that normality is overrated- very much no to this as well. Also, she is a billionaire genius with super-powers…
Is she attractive? Well, she is good-looking, but she considers herself on the plain side -even if she does rock that sexy Missoni mini-dress – and she knows she is good at seduction and can be very sexy when she wants to.
How does she handle emotions? She doesn’t. She buries everything, acts cold, and if she gets mad with someone she’ll act like a baby pretending they don’t even exist. Like the time Clint forgot to mention he was dating one of him team-mates.
Does she have other forms? Other than her physical form, she is able to project an astral (and now also cybernetic, when linked through her powers to Tony’s armor) psychic reflection of herself- a pinkish avatar of herself, with her old X-Force (the second one) uniform.
Does she overreact? It depends. Normally, she ALWAYS overreacts when it comes to Tony (and Clint), but mostly, it’s for silly things. When the situation is serious, she is good at being controlled.
Is she a criminal? Even if she wasn’t a known member, back when she was with them, X-Force was considered a terroristic unit; also, she was on Norman Osborn’s most wanted list and considered a fugitive- but got a presidential pardon when the good guys got back in charge.
Does she go to school? Nope. She finished a long time ago.
What's her IQ? She is a genius-level with a 187- as high as Pym and Banner, higher than Tony 8(o his eternal dismay)
Does she have a disease/curse? Nope. Well, few would say that being a mutant is one of both of the above, but she is quite fine with that.
Is she dead? No, but she faked her own death once.
Does she have a family? Her parents – both adopted and biological- are dead; she still has a brother, Tony, and another one who has never been formally recognized by their parents, Arno Stark; she also remembers growing up with an older sister, before her parents were killed, by she has no idea of what happened to Ellie. She used to be married, Alec Addison, seemed a decent guy, married too young, and things went south quickly when he got that she’d always, well, put “With great power comes a great responsibility” first thing first. Probably why she is now engaged to Pete- who kind of works in her same corner of market.
Has she encountered any tragic times in life? Oh, dear. The first time was when she witnessed her parents’ murder, but she doesn’t remember much, as Xavier made her forget almost all of it, as the trauma had activated her powers and she was basically sending half of London in a coma; what scarred her the most, though, was Genosha: she felt the minds of all the people killed by the sentinels, and absorbed their last thoughts as they were dying. It also made her bitter towards the heroic community in general, as she felt that no one truly cared about what had happened over there because a)Magneto was king and b)they were only mutants.
What's the best time in her life? Oh, she likes living day-by-day, and she is quite content with her current situation; Of course she’s as happy as one can be when Steve Rogers asked her to join the Avengers- back then, everything was perfect: working with her best friend, her brother was sane, she had an almost perfect boyfriend and she was part of The Avengers.
Is she single? She is engaged to British spy-master (Captain America’s words) Pete Wisdom. When they’ll marry, it’s still a mystery, though.
Has she developed any relationships? She has quite the web of connection, especially among The Avengers and the scientific community; romance-wise, she’s been married once, dated the Son of Satan, and then got engaged with her ex- whom she slept with after she divorced her husband.
Does she have a bad temper at times? Yes, and considering that she is a telepath, it means troubles, because you cross her, she’ll play games with your mind- all the while staying completely cold and detached. Even Xavier knew better.
Does she get depressed? Not in the clinical sense of the word; sad? Of course- who wouldn’t with Tony Stark as a brother and the “few rough years” she had gone through, but not really depressed. She’d rather channel her emotions in something constructive.
What's her favorite animal? Cats, oh, she loves cat, even had a few while growing up. Not after getting married, though. Also, lions and panthers. In short, felines.
Does she have any fears? She is scared of getting hurt- hence why she did her best to keep things with casual when they first started their “thing” back at the time they were in X-Force, and why she didn’t want to get back to the US after the registration Act, knowing that she would have had to choose between her family and her friends..
Does she have any weaknesses? Sure. Her family. Clint. And Hope. But mostly Clint. She could never stay mad with him, say no to him, or allow him to get himself killed without running to his aide. Also, Pete: they kept breaking up, and yet every time they were in the same room, they couldn’t help but end up in bed together.
Does she look up to anyone? Looking up to anyone is quite the strong expression; there are people she admires, like Charles, but she knows that every has their own weakness and nobody is perfect; instead of trying to be like someone else, she’d rather try to do her best. But… if there ever was someone she’d like to look like (on a moral level) that would probably be Kurt Wagner.
Does she like music? Yeah. She has few MP3 readers, all full, in fact.
What's her favorite type of music? She hates to admit it, but living with Tony had influenced her more than she cares to admit, and just likes him, she likes Heavy metal and Hard Rock- she’d listen non-stop to Nickelback and, mostly, Nickelback and Linkin Park while working.
Is she impatient? Not at all. She is a patient strategist.
What's something funny about her? She reads romance novels- no, nothing like Twilight or Fifty Shade of Grey – hiding them under the covers of “serious” books. Because she may be a lady, but she’d rather die than admitting that she’s romantic. Also- she ended up dating two guys called Pete (and according to Tony, had the hots for another one).
Does she curse? Sometimes, but mostly between herself. She still likes to define herself a real lady, after all.
Also, while I work on the nexy chapter, I also looked up at a few things on the internet, graphic ideas for, motsly, accessories, like for example: what kind of engagement ring would she wear? I know that Pete Wisdom isn't the most romantic of them all, British spy-master and all that jazz, but he does like having her around- so he'd choose something not too obvious, maybe with a touch of meaning, like a X-Shaped diamond ring, a she is a proud mutant.
And what about the cybernetic Blutooth-like headset? It has to be futuristic and yet classy, something jewel-like she could wear outside as well, in her civvies. Soemthing like that, maybe?
And also? Why don't play with few other things as well, in the post Secret Wars Universe? If no one remembers what happened 8 months before- and few things changed without people noticing, and people got back to the way they were (mostly)... so yeah. Chris lost Endacrion during "Artifacts", and now it's back, and it's going to go like this when she meets face-to-face with the formely evil Victor Von Doom.
“That thing you have on your wrist… it’s not only a nice piece of jewelry, isn’t it?” He smirks as he indicates the bracelets on her right wrist; she lifts her arm, the rays of the sun illuminating the silver-like metal, almost blinding them. “It’s magical. It’s one of those artifacts I tried to warn your brother about. Things that don’t follow the rules of our biology or our physics, or even our magic, that tend to fall through the cracks when events like incursions or dimensional rift do occur.”
“A long time ago,” She starts, “I thought it gone forever. And yet, eight months ago, I woke up one morning in my bed, in my apartment in Lindon, and here it was, back on my wrist like it has never left. And I still don’t know why. Nor I’m sure why I lost it in the first place.”
