working for the big bang...

So.. yes, I finished the rough draft of one of my fics for the next The Mentalist big bang- along the lines of 6000 words.  It's actually the first one, and considering I am thinking of doing four to five fics, well, I am kind of late (also because you have to consider that I wonna do at least two big bangs. at least, beacause there is another story that could or could not turn into a big bang as well..)
Oh well. At least a couple of them are in the stage of being developed- aka I already satrted writing them, and signing in for the big bang is the big incentive to actualy end the stories- and one is already well developed in my mind. I am worried about the x-over I want to do between the mentalist and unforgettable, though, as I just have a couple of sentences well in mind, and a very general idea of the plot, but case-wise, I am still kind of in the dark.
But, who knows...

Erm, it's great that you're writing and achieving goals. But there is a rule in the Big Bang that all stories must be started when the Big Bang opens. You can have about 10% written when you sign up, but not more than that.

ugh. Silly me- I have forgotten that the rule applies to all kind of works, and not just the ones that have been started and few words have been posted already. Thank you for reminding me, I guess I will post this story sooner or later, and try to get other ideas and takes notes of possible synopsys.
