Day 5-  A book you can read again and again

“Can you keep a secret?” by Sophie Kinsella. I absolutely loved that book, it’s one of her funniest ones. It’s not such a great reading, I’m well aware, but it lifts my mood when I’m down, and it helps me to smile more if I’m happy; also, there is “A Vintage affair” by Isabel Wolf; it’s not just another romance novel, really, even if at first it can look like chick lit; “Therese Bell, an elderly french lady, has an extraordinary collection of vintage clothes; between evening gowns and tailleur, Phoebe, owner of a vintage boutique, finds a mysterious blue coat.  The story that Phoebe will discover will bring her back in the days of the French occupation and to the cruelty of Racial laws, and when Therese confess that she has just few days left, Phoebe will try to help her to make peace with her past, facing the ghosts of her youth…”.

  Not counting the novels, there’s “The Great Book of myths from Ancient Greece and ancient Rome” by Angela Cerinotti. I’m a fan of mythology, so I really like spending time re-reading again and again those stories.
