During the last 12 months I have:
-stopped to have my every-2 months appointments by the beautician, because financial are what they are;
-didn't join a gym with a yoga because as - said financial are what they are;
-even if aia have my hair short, I go to the hairstylist just twice a year, for the same aforementioned reason;
- I go out a way lesser than before;
- I avoid buying things such as clothes or make uo even during sales or when it is necessary;
-I cut off the number of books, newspapers,magazines,Cds and movies I normally purchased;
MEANWHILE:
-my mum doesn't stop buying her 99% dark chocolate from south america;
-my dad keeps palyin the superenalotto three times a week;
-my brother goes twice a week every week to the swimmingpool, has the pay-per-view subscriptions in order to look at every soccer. Game from any italian team, he buys himself videogames almost evry week ( but just because as sson as he ends them he sells them back, so at least here is not such a big deal) and, when he takes a shower, he spends more rthan an hour under the hot water turning the bathroom into a sauna
BUT
How the hell does it happens that i am the one lecture brcause i take one shower a week of five minutes, washing at least once a week more my hair in the sink in order of not wasting time,because "water costs and the financial are what they are"?
And they dare to lecture me because I get mad when they say so because i take it childish. And they even dare to wonder why! I know i haven't been asked to make sacrfices, but I am doing them and I am not complaining, even if I'd like to have more fun than staying in ther evening sitting on my bed
while watching tv with my pajama onm i'd really wouldn't mind a thank you once in a while, or being kicked out for have fun, considering that lately I had either worked or or looked after my sick and elderly and with psicological issues granparents.i'd like to hear from my fam a Lbuy yourself somethingh, you deserve it" and not a "when did you bought that? I'ne never seen it,did you really need a new sweater?" When I am wearing a sweater I bought years prior in sales and I wear at least once a month if not twice!
Is it really that much to ask? That I'd like to take my weekly five minutes shower in peace without being lectured because of the financials? Don't I deserve at least this? Awahy the hell can't have quiet just in those few minutes, dammit!
