1. Apply one hand of nail-polish base and let it dry (you can use a product such as Rimmel 5 in 1 nail care polish)

2. apply two hands of red nail polish (personally, I used this one from collistar, Perfect nails n°24 Ruby Red), and let dry each hand before moving to the next one.
 
3. apply, after the second hand, an hand of top coat (I used the same product I used as base)

4. apply one hand of shiny, glittery transparent nail-polish, such as l'oreal color riche "Disco ball" .

   

...5 this should be the result, more or less!
