harlequin/mills and boon cover-like

Weird question: is there anyone out there who has, or knows where to find, the template for an harlequin/mills and boon romance novel cover? (IE without the novel's title and the pciture)? In case I couldn't fond an artist for the next mentalist bigbang, I wnated to do an harlequin romance cover for my story, as it feels like an harlequin novel..

Thanks, even if it's not what I was looking for; what I was interested in was the "graphic scheme" of the covers... I'm not sure if I explained myself. But thanks- those two images could eventually come handy, who knows
