Crystall Ball

Back in the first half of the 90s, there was this game, called Crystal Ball, where you had to put a small quantity of their paste on a straw, you blew, you got balls to play with...

I just saw a commercial about it- and it's the same as in 1992. Wich is weird, because people is dressed with '80s clothes....

I don't think it ever left Italy, as, despite being distribuiterd by one of our biggest toys distributors, it was actually producted by a medium-sized family business; couple of years ago I've heard they were bankrupting, but they were trying crowfunding to get new machines... evidentely it worked, as they are airing the old commericals again .)

Aaah, makes sense. I'm glad they were able to get funded again :)

I'm so baffled by this! What was this mysterious "paste" that made balls? Like, were they plastic or popable? Something equivalent to bubblegum? I've never seen such a thing!

thyey were made of plastic, from whgat I know, as they weren't so cheap, and mum was such a Communist, she wouldn't get them for me... :)
