I've been 30 for less than a week, and gotta tell you: I am feeling my years. It's not that I feel old- older, yes, but not old.
Only, I am finally understanding what it means feeling being an adult. Ten years ago I celebrated by birthday with my friends in the afternoon, went to Bra for a pizza and then to dancing, getting back home at well past 3. And the next day i woke up at seven like it was nothing.
This year... well, I did celebrated for two days with the same friends, getting back home at a quarter to 1 on friday (well, it was already saturday..) and not sleeping the whole night because of something that I did and feared being discovered (getting a little tipsy and hitting the sliding gate with the back of the car- and spending over 20 minutes under the snow and the rain to get it back in place so that it wouldn't be discovered the next day) and then, on saturday, I went with another couple of friends to dinner in a nearby city untill one am.
and then...oh, boy, what a couple of days. Yesterday I worked all afternoon on the HACCP Manual and MOCA certifications and procedures, and then, today, AGAIN on the HACCP Manual and IU've spend the last hour trying to get an hold of my eelcrtic company, and failing every time because they just pass me from an intern to another one to another one and etc and etc... so, yeah, it's eleven and I don't know yet if tomorrow I will be able to work because there is a chance that the energry will not be on- and I work with coolers and fridges, so, let's be ready for an action if something get wasted.
